Greater Cedar Rapids Fall 2017 Parade of Homes!!
The Fall Parade of Homes is an annual event the Greater Cedar Rapids Housing & Building Association organizes and produces to provide the public the opportunity to tour new and remodeled homes during the height of the buying, building and remodeling season. If you are looking for a new home or thinking about building or remodeling, the Fall Parade of Homes is the perfect place to start your search. Tour homes in and around the Cedar Rapids metro area to see the latest in new homes and building techniques; as well as the latest in remodeling styles that can make your existing home look new again. The featured homes are in a variety of neighborhoods and a wide range of price points. This is your chance to see the latest advances in home construction and discover what’s new in floor plans and home design.
The Fall 2017 Parade of Homes will be held on:
Saturday, October 7th 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. New Homes Only
Sunday, October 8th 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. New Homes Only
Tuesday, October 10th 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. New Homes Only
Thursday, October 12th 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. New & Remodeled Homes
Saturday, October 14th 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. New & Remodeled Homes
Sunday, October 15th 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. New & Remodeled Homes
Tickets are $10 each and are available at each parade home. Or you can purchase a ticket at any local Casey’s General Store and save $1. Children 5 & under FREE.
